Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

The answer is “YES” we obligated by State Law to charge "Sales Tax" and report it to the Nebraska Department of Revenue, and the answer is “NO” we will not charge you a Use Tax as that is your responsibility to report that.

Any orders placed on our website will be charged a sales tax according to the State Law for all orders being shipped within the state of Nebraska.

If you live outside the state of Nebraska, you may be required to pay a Use Tax to your state in which you live for the item you purchase from us.

Therefore, please call, check with your states Department of Revenue, and ask them if you are required to pay a Use Tax on any of the items, you purchased from us to avoid any penalties in the future.
