Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds for purchases:
Refunds are only available for same exact items purchased from the online store. We do not offer refunds for different items of online items. Digital Blu-ray movies that have already expired are not eligible for refunds. As you are purchasing the Blu-ray and DVD, movies that are included the package. Mediafye.com will not responsible for expired Digital Blu-ray movie copies as they have limited download times, whereas normal DVD Movie copies have no expiration date on them. It will be your responsibility to check this information as it is listed in the description if available before making your purchase.
However, do to media wearing the item must be returned within 7 days in the original packaging to qualify for refunds. We also reserve the right to credit your account if the same item is no longer available minus a 15% fee do to media wearing.
When the item was purchased with a money order, credit or debit card (the original purchasing credit or debit card will be credited minus a 20% fee do to media wearing) or a money order for more than $100, the refund will be in the form of a check mailed to you within 14-21 business days.
If you return an item to Music & Movie Mart Inc. dba Mediafye.com and you are returning the item by mail, please allow 14-21 business days for processing time. You are responsible for all shipping charges. However, if the return is the result of our error, you will not be charged for return shipping.

Restocking Fee for purchases:
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on opened accessories or supplies. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on special order products, including special parts. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law.
