Thank you for reviewing the terms (”Terms”) for the My Mediafye ® Rewards program, these Terms are between you and Music & Movie Mart Inc. and it subsidiaries and/or its affiliates Mediafye.com and Musicandmoviemart.com and govern our respective rights and obligations. Your participation in the in the program is subject to our Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements.

The Terms, together with applicable terms related to any promotional offers provided to you for use with the My Mediafye ® Rewards program, constitute the entire agreement between you and Music & Movie Mart Inc. ® dba as its subsidiaries and/or affiliates Mediafye.com and Musicandmoviemart.com related to the program.

By being enrolled, and continuing to use the Program, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements. We may make changes to these Terms or Terminate the My Mediafye.com Rewards ® Program. If we make material changes or terminate the My Mediafye.com ® Rewards program, you should receive an email, and/or postings will be made on the new terms at the My Mediafye.com ® Rewards site.
